Integral Optimism is life changing wisdom and art freely gifted to us by the Creator God. It can bring immediate attitudinal changes in all those who begin to practice its integrally optimistic ways. The initiative for integral optimism reflections began with the inspiration of God. Some 10 years back when Brother Charles Alphonse started conducting NLP Optimism Sessions at Anugraha Counselling Institute in India he noted the impact of optimism in people’s hearts. Joining his friends he started further inspiring the humanity. It took a concrete shape of school of thought in 2020 when he began to work on a book on Integral Optimism. Side by side the integral optimism team brought in more insights, initiatives and creative ways to accompany the humanity.
 The purpose is to grow personally in integral optimism and inspire people to try integrally positive ways of life in thought, words and action. It is an attempt to go deep into the wisdom of integral optimism, personalize it and spread it around the globe.

Spiritual Mentoring
Once a person told me the following “Brother, these days, I feel very heavy within my heart and can I get help to release that?” It is an art of asking God to soften our souls, because we are heavy, sometimes with so many challenges of life. It is good to have spiritual companions/mentors to accompany us. Do you have one?
Spiritual mentors/companions are God sent angels to us on earth who can help us ask meaningful questions and find some answers while facing gracefully the dark sides of our lives.
Some of those questions they help us to ask are:
What is preventing us from being more spiritual? Are we alone with God listening to Him or are we listening only to our ego? Am I a free or a liberated person? If not what blocks me from being human, happy and generous?
It is interestingly said by a well-known author Abraham that we are closer to God when we ask questions than when we have answers.
Many more interesting insights are found in the talk of Dr. Robert J. Wicks. Enjoy listening to his wisdom filled humour and insights.

Una volta una persona mi ha detto quanto segue: "Fratello, in questi giorni mi sento molto pesante nel mio cuore e posso chiedere aiuto per liberarlo?". È un'arte di chiedere a Dio di ammorbidire la nostra anima, perché siamo pesanti, a volte con tante sfide della vita. È bene avere dei compagni/mentori spirituali che ci accompagnino. Ne avete uno?
I mentori/accompagnatori spirituali sono angeli mandati da Dio sulla terra che possono aiutarci a porre domande significative e a trovare alcune risposte, affrontando con grazia i lati oscuri della nostra vita.
Alcune delle domande che ci aiutano a porre sono:
Cosa ci impedisce di essere più spirituali? Siamo soli con Dio ad ascoltarlo o ascoltiamo solo il nostro ego? Sono una persona libera o liberata? Se no, cosa mi impedisce di essere umano, felice e generoso?
Un noto autore, Abramo, ha detto che siamo più vicini a Dio quando facciamo domande che quando abbiamo risposte.

Minsan ay sinabi sa akin ng isang tao ang sumusunod na "Brother, sa mga araw na ito, napakabigat ng aking puso at maaari ba akong humingi ng tulong upang mailabas iyon?" Ito ay isang sining ng paghiling sa Diyos na palambutin ang ating mga kaluluwa, dahil tayo ay mabigat, minsan ay may napakaraming hamon sa buhay. Mabuti na may mga spiritual companions/ mentor na makakasama natin. Mayroon ka ba?
Ang mga espirituwal na tagapagturo/kasama ay mga anghel na ipinadala ng Diyos sa atin sa lupa na makakatulong sa atin na magtanong ng mga makabuluhang tanong at makahanap ng ilang mga sagot habang maganda ang pagharap sa madilim na bahagi ng ating buhay.
Ang ilan sa mga tanong na tinutulungan nilang itanong ay:
Ano ang pumipigil sa atin na maging mas espirituwal? Nag-iisa ba tayo sa Diyos na nakikinig sa Kanya o nakikinig lamang tayo sa ating ego? Ako ba ay isang malaya o isang taong pinalaya? Kung hindi ano ang humahadlang sa akin sa pagiging tao, masaya at mapagbigay?
Kawili-wiling sinabi ng isang kilalang may-akda na si Abraham na mas malapit tayo sa Diyos kapag nagtatanong tayo kaysa kapag mayroon tayong mga sagot.
Marami pang kawili-wiling mga pananaw ang matatagpuan sa pahayag ni Dr. Robert J. Wicks. Masiyahan sa pakikinig sa kanyang karunungan na puno ng katatawanan at mga pananaw.

Ang espirituhanong mga magtutudlo/kauban mao ang gipadala sa Dios nga mga anghel ngari kanato dinhi sa yuta nga makatabang kanato sa pagpangutana og makahuluganon nga mga pangutana ug pagpangita og pipila ka mga tubag samtang nag-atubang sa nindot nga mga bahin sa atong kinabuhi.
Pipila sa mga pangutana nga ilang tabangan nga atong ipangutana mao ang:
Unsa ang nagpugong kanato nga mahimong mas espirituhanon? Nag-inusara ba kita sa Dios nga naminaw Kaniya o kita ba naminaw lamang sa atong ego? Ako ba usa ka gawasnon o usa ka tawo nga gawasnon? Kung dili unsa ang nagpugong kanako nga mahimong tawo, malipayon ug manggihatagon?
Makaiikag ang giingon sa usa ka iladong awtor nga si Abraham nga kita mas duol sa Diyos kon kita mangutana kay kon kita adunay mga tubag.
Daghan pa nga makapaikag nga mga panabut ang makit-an sa pakigpulong ni Dr. Robert J. Wicks. Malingaw sa pagpaminaw sa iyang kaalam nga puno sa humor ug mga panabut.
